In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, phlogo will notify affected Players and the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable Philippine data privacy regulations.
phlogo (referred to herein as "phlogo," "we," "us," or "our") is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through the phlogo.org website and all associated services (the "Platform"). phlogo operates within PAGCOR's regulatory framework and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as any other applicable data protection legislation.
By registering for, accessing, or using the phlogo Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein.

These include: 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit; AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest; multi-factor authentication for administrative Platform access; regular penetration testing by independent security firms; role-based access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis; and 24/7 security monitoring and incident response capabilities.
Notwithstanding these measures, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, phlogo will notify you and the NPC as required by applicable law.

The phlogo Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21+ only. phlogo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If phlogo becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that Account will be suspended immediately and all associated data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law. If you believe a minor has registered on phlogo, please notify our support team immediately.
phlogo may collect and process data related to your use of responsible gaming tools — including deposit limit settings, self-exclusion status, session duration data, and voluntary disclosures made in the context of problem gambling support. This data is treated as sensitive personal information and is processed with heightened security controls, accessed only by authorised responsible gaming personnel, and is not used for commercial profiling or marketing purposes.
